I would never connect new cabel with the main fuse unit,

(don`t wanna risk a shortcut/cabelbreak in another circuit - so I never touch the board electric, to connect my devices)
for cabels outsite go to
https://www.amorngroup.com/
and get some protection against cable biting rats.

just go direct from the battery, and connect them to a fuse,

https://www.lazada.co.th/products/inlin ... t5EALw_wcB

and a switch socket,

and from there, to the front cam,

a few question about front vire and rear view camera.

most of the android "radios" say, that you can connect front and rear view cams,
but in the end, only a few expensive cam models are possible, to connect.

so, in the end, you get a package like this,

https://www.lazada.co.th/products/5-inc ... 50508.html

in the description, they say,
the yellow connection is for the dominant rear view,
and the white connection, you can use for the front view,
this means, you dont need a switch for this monitor, like these

https://www.lazada.co.th/products/car-p ... 06026.html

https://shopee.co.th/Car-Parking-Camera ... 2093826917

to switch betwee front and rear view.

for the cable, if you dont want to put a cable to the back or to the front, they offer these wireless solution,

https://www.lazada.co.th/products/rca-v ... 50434.html?

is it worth ?

If you dont want this monitor and take the mirror package,

https://www.lazada.co.th/products/43-in ... r&search=1

with infrared cam,

or you take a wifi solution with your cellphone

https://www.lazada.co.th/products/mle-1 ... Q&search=1

these cams seem to have a limited life,
so you need backup, like

to keep it, you have 2 options,

- spray a clear coat on it, but remember,
after 20 or 30 times carwashing, the chemicals in the soap will destroy your clear coat protection

or
- protect it with a vinyl film,

look for transparent !
