I am still at a loss to understand why the Sac Louis Vuitton Totally assets, financials, committee meeting minutes etc and everything to do with Mr Driscoll has not been frozen and/or seized well before now.
The Courier-Mail has established Mr Driscoll secretly controlled the Regional Community Association Moreton Bay and the Queensland Retail Traders and Shopkeepers Association while an MP, funneling tens of thousands of dollars in consulting fees to his wife's company Norsefire.
The CMC has been assessing documents provided by a whistleblower regarding Mr Driscoll's involvement in the community association.
Mr Driscoll last night said in a statement: I have had no contact from any agency whatsoever at this time Balenciaga online on any matter.
A spokesperson for the CMC last night confirmed an investigation was underway: The CMC has commenced a co-operative misconduct investigation with the Queensland Police Service (QPS) into allegations including official misconduct and fraud which arise from that information.
Mr Driscoll, in his statement, said he would willingly work with investigators.
I have never acted in any manner that I know to be in any way inappropriate regarding my position as a Member of Parliament, he said. Should any legitimate agency contact me at any stage I will gladly assist them in any way I am able.
The Courier-Mail then asked Mr Driscoll about his time prior to becoming an MP.
He did not respond.
Mr Driscoll was to have faced an LNP expulsion hearing last Saturday but quit the previous evening, in a bizarre resignation statement in which he referred to Jedi mind control .
In his letter to Deputy Commissioner Barnett, Mr Hockings offered to provide the QPS a significant amount of documentation to support his allegations and contact details for more than a dozen other members of the QRTSA and its executive committee.
He brought complaints this month about mismanagement of the Longchamp Le Pliage QRTSA in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.
QIRC documents show Mr Driscoll's wife Emma resigned her post as interim president of the QRTSA, along with the last remaining executive committee member, Nick Withycombe, on April 15.
